PT ABM Investama Tbk. has been awarded the highest and most prestigious award at the 9th IICD Award as Best CG Overall within the medium-market capitalization (MidCap) company, which is the highest recognition among other categories.

This appreciation is awarded by IICD, a reputable independent institution that assess the implementation of good corporate governance for listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The year 2017 is the 5th year of ABM's participation in this prestigious event, where ABM has always been in Top 50 Issuers acknowledged to implement good corporate governance since its participation.

Starting in 2016, IICD has conducted an assessment of 200 issuers divided into 2 groups which are 100 issuers with the largest market capitalization (Big Cap) and 100 issuers with medium capitalization market (Mid cap) supported by 10 assessors and 4 reviewers to assess the 200 issuers.

Aside from the Best CG Overall, there are 9 more categories being awarded by IICD: The Best Financial Sector, The Best Non-Financial Sector, The Best SOE / BUMN, The Best Right of Shareholders, The Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, The Best Role of stakeholders, The Best Disclosure & Transparency, The Best Responsibility of the Boards, and The Most improved.
