ABM offers opportunities for each employee to develop their talents through training, coaching and both internal and external mentoring. We have created a self-development program to explore the potentials of each individual employee using a selective selection method. This method aim to generate talents that are high quality and “A” class. We created structured training and development programs in helping the talented individuals and organization to be able to work with their maximum abilities.
ABM opens opportunities for self-development with leadership programs. The leadership program that we provide is based on the Company's leadership attitude that prioritizes Capability and Competency. We run a leadership competency program in a centralized manner. The proficiency program is held in each sector according to their expertise (tool skill). Some of the skills training programs are logistic academy, mining academy, and engineering academy. Employee self-development has also been prepared by the Company through various training programs.
