PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) along with its subsidiary PT Cipta Kridatama (CK) have signed a Credit Agreement (PK) Facility with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) for the first time, amounting to Rp 1 Trillion. This credit facility will be utilized by ABM and its subsidiaries (ABM Group) to finance capital expenditures and support the company's working capital in achieving sustainable business growth.

The signing of the PK was conducted by the President Director of PT ABM Investama Tbk, Achmad Ananda Djajanegara, along with Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking Group BCA, Yayi Mustika Pudyanti.

ABM welcomes the financing collaboration with BCA to support the business activities of ABM Group. "Together with BCA, ABM's credibility in the eyes of financial institutions in Indonesia is further enhanced, as most of the banks within HIMBARA have also entrusted ABM with financing collaborations," said Andi, the familiar address for Achmad Ananda Djajanegara, after signing the PK in Jakarta recently.

ABM's commitment to developing renewable businesses has been one of the driving factors for BCA, as one of the big banks in Indonesia, to provide funding. This is evidenced by one of ABM's renewable business activities. Through one of its subsidiaries, namely Anzara Janitra Nusantara (AJN), ABM Group operates in the environmentally friendly electricity sector and has operated a Biogas Power Plant (PLTBg) in South Kalimantan. Thanks to its commitment, ABM's subsidiary won the "Aditama" award at the Subroto Award event initiated by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in 2023.

AJN's steps in supporting renewable energy don't stop there. The company also assists the government in meeting the demand for clean electricity to the grid. Since 2020, AJN has successfully managed an average of 6,989,406 Nm3 of biogas per year. Meanwhile, the clean electricity generated reached an average of 10,221 MWh per year. By the end of 2023, AJN had processed 6,842,627 Nm3 of biogas. From the biogas management results, approximately 11,086 MWh generated clean electricity.
